Shipping 

  • We ship with Canada Post 
  • All Orders within Canada come with a Tracking Number 
  • Usually takes a MINIMUM of 15 days to be in your hands! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.
  • If you do not see your country in the drop down menu please contact us immediately.
  • We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost merchandise, to ensure your package arrives we recommend selecting Shipping with Tracking
  • The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. If you are concerned with an item arriving for a particular date, please contact us before purchasing.
  • Shipping speed & accuracy is out of our control once the item has been shipped.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message us as soon as you receive it. Exchanges will only be issued on items that are sent back within 3 days and returned in original condition. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer 
  • In a rare event that an item was damaged during shipping, or misrepresented based on the listing, the item will be assessed on a per case basis. 
  • Discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE.

 Care Instructions

Our jewelry is for the most part dainty which means it is also delicate. Please avoid rough handling! Do not swim or shower while wearing any of our pieces as this could potentially cause tarnishing on some items and break down stones over time. Store the items in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box/bag. 

Avoid cleaning your jewelry with any cleaning solution, rather use a damp cloth and thoroughly dry, if needed. For our Sterling Silver jewelry the best cleaning method is gently using a polishing cloth on the piece.
