All Orders come with Tracking via Canada Post
Stickers are sent by Regular Mail
The Stone Maidens are NOT responsible for stolen or lost merchandise.
We ship to the address on your Account. Please update your address to the correct shipping address! If an item is sent to a wrong address because your address is not updated, we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your item.
It takes us an average of 1-3 business days to pack up your order and drop it off to the post office. Shipping speed & accuracy is out of our control once the item has been shipped.
Do you have a specific deadline in mind?
We strongly suggest ordering your items well ahead of your desired delivery date or considering an upgraded shipping service such as Xpresspost or Priority. While Canada Post strives to meet their estimated delivery times, unforeseen issues can occasionally arise. Your package might spend an extra day or two in a sorting facility or encounter delays at customs, situations that can sometimes be beyond our control. Planning ahead whenever possible is advisable, and if you believe there's any information we should be aware of to assist you better, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Certain items, such as crystals, herbs, and ritual tools, are final sale due to their unique nature and energetic properties.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us here with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
